Managing PartnerBret Davis is the majority shareholder of Lamun Mock Cunnyngham & Davis, P.C. The firm has been providing default representation in Oklahoma since 1927.
Bret has been a member of the Oklahoma Bar since 1993, having graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
He is admitted to the Federal Court for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. and the United States Supreme Court., Bret has concentrated his practice in the areas of Foreclosure, Eviction, Banking, Business, Bankruptcy, all areas of lender representation and lender litigation, civil litigation, and creditor rights.
For almost 30 years, he has represented lenders, servicers of FHA, conventional and GSE loans; private investors, and all matters in real estate, with an emphasis on the mortgage servicing industry. Bret was selected to Super Lawyers for 2011, 2013 - 2014, 2017 and 2022, for Business Litigation.

Managing PartnerMaxine Brown Cunnyngham is a partner in the Firm’s Foreclosure Department. Maxine was born Enid, Oklahoma. Ms. Cunnyngham attended Central State University (B.B.A.). She graduated with distinction from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she was a member of the Oklahoma City Law Review as a Research Editor.
Maxine’s practice areas include foreclosure, title insurance, REO and title curative. Ms. Cunyngham has long track record for obtaining successful outcomes for her clients. She is admitted to bar in the State of Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma.

PartnerKelly Parker is a partner in the Firm’s Foreclosure Department. Ms. Parker joined the Firm as an associate in 2009 upon her graduation for Oklahoma City University School of Law. Ms. Parker graduated law school Magna Cum Laude, and was a member of the Oklahoma City University’s Law Review.
Ms. Parker practices in the area of foreclosure, loss mitigation, litigation, bankruptcy, eviction, REO, and other title related matters. She has extensive experience in assisting clients resolve a wide variety of complex real estate matters. Ensuring her clients are satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the resolutions achieved. Kelly manages the relationship transparently so that her clients can see how their interest are being served at every stage of the process.
Ms. Parker is admitted to the bar in the State of Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court, Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.

A graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law, Maddie Craig has developed a strong foundation in legal research, client advocacy, and strategic litigation. Driven by a commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal matters, Maddie specializes in advising individuals and families on estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate processes.
With a compassionate approach, they work to ensure that clients’ wishes are honored while providing clarity during challenging times. Whether litigating civil disputes or drafting estate planning documents, Maddie takes pride in offering practical, results-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In her free time, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids while cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sundays.

Associate AttorneyGordon Holleman was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, but has lived in the greater Oklahoma City area since 2001. He received a B.A. in Political Science at the University of Oklahoma, and then a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2024.
Gordon joined the team at Lamun Mock Cunnyngham & Davis in October of 2024, and is an associate who assists in various practice areas throughout the firm. He is admitted to the Bar in the State of Oklahoma.
